BrowseHere

BrowseHere is a simple browser app for Android TV. It lets you open any web address in full screen on your TV, which is all you need to run Booth Beam.

This guide walks you through the full setup from a fresh Android TV device.

Before we begin, make sure you have:

  • An Android TV device connected to your screen
  • Internet connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)
  • A Booth Beam account
  • A phone or computer to complete the pairing step

Step 1 - Install BrowseHere from Google Play Store

Section titled “Step 1 - Install BrowseHere from Google Play Store”

On your Android TV:

  1. Open the Google Play Store from the home screen
  2. Select the search bar and type: BrowseHere
  3. Select BrowseHere from the search results
  4. Select Install and wait for the installation to finish

  3. Press Enter (or OK on your remote)

Booth Beam will load and display a pairing code on the screen.

Step 4 — Pair the screen with your Booth Beam account

Section titled “Step 4 — Pair the screen with your Booth Beam account”

On your phone or computer:

  1. Log in to your Booth Beam account
  2. Go to Screens → Add Screen
  3. Enter the pairing code shown on the TV
  4. Give the screen a name (for example, “Main Hall TV”) and save

Once paired, your content will load on the TV automatically.

BrowseHere does not have an auto-start feature. If the TV loses power or restarts, you will need to manually open BrowseHere and navigate to https://tv2bb.com again.

For a display that recovers automatically after a restart — such as a screen at a trade show that needs to start up on its own each morning — use Fully Kiosk Browser instead.
